Cancellation policy

Plans change, and we do our best to be reasonable. The exact cancellation terms applicable to your booking are shared at the time of confirmation, since they vary slightly between short stays and extended stays.

Short stays

  • More than 14 days before check-in: any advance paid is fully refunded, less any direct charges already incurred (for example groceries ordered on your request).
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the advance is refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: the advance is non-refundable.

Extended stays

  • For stays of two weeks or longer, cancellation terms are agreed in writing at the time of booking and may include a longer refund window.
  • If you need to shorten an ongoing extended stay, please inform us at least 7 days in advance so we can adjust meal arrangements and any pro-rated charges.

Rescheduling

If your plans shift, we are usually happy to move your dates without a cancellation charge, subject to availability. Please write to us as early as you can so we can find a window that works for both sides.

Unforeseen circumstances

Cancellations caused by genuine medical emergencies, immediate-family bereavement or travel disruptions beyond your control are handled on a case-by-case basis, with care and good faith on both sides.

How to cancel

  • Send a written cancellation request by email or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
